Kaymu Tanzania has unveiled its first mobile application services in the country, enabling Android users to shop for goods and order directly from their mobile phones, the Daily News reported. The mobile services also allow sellers to better manage their online shops and orders, Kaymu Tanzania said. Kaymu Tanzania’s Country Manager Erfaan Mojgani said that the application, available on the Google Play Store, uses no data. It provides complete functionality, allowing buyers to conduct all Kaymu transactions including browsing different shops, categories and products, placing orders, and even communicating directly with sellers, while on the go, he said. He said also sellers benefit by simplifying the new product listing process and giving them easy access to manage their accounts, edit their listings, and see their sales. Mojgani indicated that an iOS version of the application is already under development.
