Lawyers for Justin Bieber are asking a judge to stop images of the semi-clad teenage singer, shot in Miami Beach police custody after his arrest last month, from being
“While in custody at the Miami Beach police station, the defendant was captured on video tape in various states of undress which show intimate personal parts of the defendant’s body”, a motion filed late on Friday states.

Bieber, 19, was charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and using an expired licence after, police say, he was caught allegedly drag racing on January 23.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges. He also had marijuana and anxiety medication in his system, said the state attorney’s office.
